We have a separate design team who are creating the styles/designs according to the mood boards, themes or subjects from customers. They ensure that the styles are created and submitted according to the trend and within timeline.

In order to offer the right product for the right client, we focus on first collecting detailed information from the styling department of each brand. Understanding the customer’s needs and expectations is what sets us apart and helps us to be more efficient in our research of the perfect collection samples.

Once the sample has been accepted, the price negotiated and the order sheet received we can start the production. Throughout this phase, we submit the materials and accessories, preproduction, production as well as pre shipment garments. In order to provide the real time progress of these key production stages, and thus minimize risks, our collaborators, in direct contact with the factories, provide a detailed weekly report to our customers.

Garments are shipped only after checking that they comply with the customer’s requirements. In addition to the approval given at each stage of production, we have a team of technicians who carry out random checks on the production before shipment. Once this has been done, we organize shipping of the goods and follow-up of the merchandise, from the factory to the forwarding agent, taking care to provide all documents needed for clearance.
